If you would like to apply for the HUD waitlist, please review the information that would be needed.
Required information includes:
- Applications are available in the office from 9 am to 4 pm
- All applications must be returned via our dropbox
- At this time there is no other documentation required
- Original applications must be returned
- No emailed or faxed versions will be accepted
- Application (click button below to download and complete)
- Date and time stamp included on each application
Once this information is submitted to our office, you will be placed on a waitlist and assigned a number. Once it is your turn, we will reach out to you for additional information/documentation.
